We are delighted that on 19th March, Three Rivers Planning Committee rejected the planning application to build on the Green Belt.
Cllr Angela Roberts had argued forcefully against it at the meeting on 19th February. She said: “Such a development is totally inappropriate on this Green Belt land. Now the applicant must comply with the enforcement notice that he knew about when he bought the contaminated land.”
Sandpit Woods Update
Developers have put in another application for four bungalows in Sandpit Woods, creating access by demolishing 178 St Georges Drive.
