Angela says “We agreed pavement repairs in a large section of Alva Way (from 14 to 58) at Frances’ Highways Consultation Meeting in October, and these are well in hand.”
Later this month The Mead pavements are scheduled for repair, between number 40 and the pub, and on the other side outside 21/23. At the same time, work is planned to widen the road a little and raise the pavement kerb around the BT concrete/metal chamber (which has to stay) in the verge outside numbers 9/11.
Angela adds “I am delighted more road repairs (Compton Place, Foxleys, The Courtway, Upper Tail, and major patching in Oxhey Lane) and sections of pavement repairs are scheduled later this year. We will let you have the dates as soon as we hear.”
