David Lloyd, the Herts PCC, has launched his 2021 manifesto, stating that "my primary goal is to maintain and build on the significant achievements of my first 8 years as Police and Crime Commissioner". David notes that "Hertfordshire is a safe county with a top performing police force and a high level of public satisfaction" and asks for the public's support in "making sure it stays that way".
David's six priorities are as follows:
- Keep Crime Low
- Recruit More Officers
- Protect Local Policing
- Increase Efficiency
- Keep Tax Low
- Focus on Victims
To keep bearing down on crime and to support victims, the manifesto sets out a comprehensive and ambitious approach that will deliver for Hertfordshire.
